Cindy Rubio González Wins NSF CAREER Award

Cindy Rubio González, Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science, has received a $537K NSF CAREER Award titled “Understanding and Combating Numerical Bugs for Reliable and Efficient Software Systems”. The research aims at developing new testing and analysis tools to find frequent and impactful numerical bugs, to propose fixes for these bugs, and to optimize numerical software.
